If you own a Segway/Ninebot Loomo, you may already know that the official support servers have been shut down. Without those servers, Loomo cannot be onboarded into robot mode — leaving you with what is essentially a very expensive hoverboard scooter.
This service restores full Loomo functionality. Using our custom activation process, your Loomo will be freed from relying on external servers and returned to full robot operation — just as it was originally designed to work.

What this listing includes
- Activation dongle. A custom USB-C dongle will be shipped to you. It installs into the USB-C port on the back of Loomo’s head.
- Step-by-step setup instructions. Clear instructions guide you through connecting Loomo to Wi-Fi, granting required permissions, and preparing the robot for activation.
- Remote activation service. After setup, our system remotely completes the activation process. Once finished, Loomo will display normal startup screens, robot features will be restored, and the dongle can be safely removed.
- Modified Android app (APK included). You receive a download link for a Loomo Android app that functions like the original, requires no cloud login, connects directly to activated Loomo units, and includes side-loading instructions if needed.

Important notes
- One Loomo per dongle. Each dongle is permanently linked to a single Loomo serial number after first use.
- Robot not included. No Loomo robot is included with this sale. This listing includes only the activation dongle and activation service.
- Android required. An Android phone is required. iPhone / iOS devices are not supported.
- If your Loomo is ever fully factory reset, you will need the dongle again to repeat the activation process.
