This is a unique item as was intended to wrap around your stereo receiver, one line cord is plugged into the switched outlet of the receiver and the other line cord plugs directly into the wall.  When you switch on your receiver it delays the power to the amps so they don’t make a popping sound and delays when turned off too.  There are also unswitched outlets as well.  The internal relay switches amp power directly from the wall plug so your not pulling the amp power from the output of the receiver.  Also has a neat display for line voltage, this was the bomb in the day.  Tested and working.
